1) This Work Incentive Program will terminate one year from inception unless approved by a vote of the membership on the annual Spring Work Day Meeting 2008.
2) Eliminate the current "work day" debit/credit system, and amend the Bylaws Article V 1.A "He or she must participate in at least one designated workday during the season of membership." Change to: Each membership is required to donate 12 work hours to the Club per season. Any membership not completing the 12 hours will be assessed $20.00/hour not completed. 3) Require slip/mooring holders to donate an additional 12 work hours per slip, 3 hours per mooring to be in "good standing ". If the slip/mooring holder loses their "good standing" status, they will be reassigned and required to move to a less desirable slip/mooring or lose their slip/mooring privileges if there is a waiting list.
4) Hours worked will be recorded in a log book on an honor system. Each membership is responsible for recording their hours.
5) A wide variety of qualifying tasks will be provided by the Board of Directors.
