Race Committe

Race Committee:  3 people needed for race committee. Need to be available both Sat & Sun from 10 -5. Frank kessling is our PRO, so you will be helping him out.

Dinner

Saturday Night Dinner: Need 1 or 2 people to organize or get a caterer for Sat nightr dinner. Need to feed about 200 people.

Cocktail Party

Cocktail Party: Need 1 or 2 people to organize cocktail party from 5 -6 pm on Saturday after the last race of the day.

Trophies & T-shirts

Trophies & T-shirts: Need 1 or 2 people to design t-shirts and order trophies for the event

Sunday Morn Breakfast

Sunday Morning Breakfast:  Need 1 or 2 people to do breakfast & coffee for about 50 people Sunday morning at 8 am.

Scoring

Scoring: need 1 or 2 people to help with scoring after race on Sat and on Sunday

Raffle

Raffle: Need 1 or 2 people to find raffle prizes for Sat night

Parking Czar

Parking Czar: Need 1 - 3 people to help with the parking Friday afternoon and Saturday till 11 am.

REscue Boats

Rescue Boats: Need 4 people to man 2 rescue boats. Need to be available Sat & Sun from 10 - 5  on Sat and 10 -4 on Sunday.

REgistration

Registration ( 4 People): Need three people for Sat morning. Need to be available from 7:30 - 11 am on Sat. Also may need one person for Friday night from 5 pm to 7 pm.
